Career Opportunities in Sports Coaching

Entry-Level Coaching Roles

  • Zero-hour or part-time contracts (flexible, ideal for students)
  • Full-time coaching (25–40 hours/week) with consistent income and holidays

Progression Roles

  • Team Leader / CSO: Mentor coaches, lead quality checks (£20k–£25k per year)
  • Operations Manager: Oversee delivery, strategy and staff (£25k–£32k per year)
  • Franchise Director: Become a business owner and lead your own territory (uncapped earnings)
