On Saturday, Super Star Sport welcomed a group of aspiring sports coaches to an exclusive careers morning designed to showcase opportunities within the children’s sports coaching industry.

Led by our founder Angelo Ciccarelli, the event provided valuable insight into career pathways, qualifications, and real-life experiences from some of our most senior coaching professionals.

Inspiring the Next Generation of Coaches

The morning opened with a presentation from Angelo, sharing his journey in building Super Star Sport and the exciting opportunities available to those passionate about inspiring children through sport.

Attendees then took part in:

• Group sessions – Exploring what it’s like to coach in primary schools, nurseries, and holiday camps.
• One-to-one meetings – Personal guidance from senior team members on career progression, training, and next steps.

A Clear Pathway into Sports Coaching

One of the key messages of the day was that there’s a pathway for everyone:

• Entry-level coaching roles for those just starting out
• Training and qualifications to support progression
• Opportunities to grow into leadership and even franchise ownership for the ambitious
