e were delighted to welcome Assistant City Mayor Elaine Pantling and Nicola Bassindale from Leicester City Council to our Rolleston Primary School Multi Activity Holiday Camp in the Eyres Monsell area.

The visit was a brilliant opportunity to showcase the impact high-quality, safe and inclusive children’s sport can have within the local community. With 26 children attending, the camp was full of energy, smiles and enthusiasm from start to finish.

Elaine Pantling shared how inspiring it was to see such a well-run holiday camp taking place locally, highlighting the importance of positive activity opportunities for children during the school holidays. It was fantastic to see first-hand how sport can bring children together, build confidence and keep them active in a fun environment.
